About PTO

Who we are. Our PTO is comprised of energetic, dedicated parents and caregivers, looking to enhance the work of the teachers and staff at Santa Rosa.  While our board members and committee members may give a larger portion of our free time, each and every parent and family at Santa Rosa is invited to be a part of our organization.

What we do.  We work to provide our students and families with supplies, school improvements and events that our growing district would be unable to manage with their current budget and manpower.  We also work to help create a sense of community for those who attend Santa Rosa. These are precious years, and together we want to help create lasting memories.

Accomplishments.  Through our fundraising efforts we've been able to provide the school with our Meet the Masters Art program, Foss science kits, over $1,000 in teacher classroom requests, sunshades for the playgrounds, over $10,000 in supplies for the Special Needs Department, and we have ordered a school Marquee which we are hoping to have in place by the end of the year.

Events.  Family nights, holiday carnivals, movie events and special treats such as Popcorn Fridays are just some of the ways we are working to bring our families together.  We are always open for suggestions! If there is a special event you'd like to see the PTO organize and host, please email us with your ideas.

Involvement.  We've said it so many times, but it remains true.  Even the smallest contributions can make a large difference. Whether you are able to volunteer some of your time, or simply remember to participate in an upcoming fundraiser, you can proudly call yourself a member of the Santa Rosa PTO.  Check out our Volunteer! and Fundraiser sections for more information on how you can help.
